St. Brieux Kin Club’s New Horizons Centre Greenspace

The community of St. Brieux is creating a Kin Club, and one of their first major projects is to create a greenspace at the location. This space is a seniors centre, but it’s also a space where anyone can gather for smaller celebrations, card playing, fitness, bowling, funeral lunches, and various other community events.
The planned greenspace includes rain barrels, benches, pathways, shrubs, and a gazebo, as well as an area for outdoor games and activities — a lovely space to enjoy during the summer months. Currently, the town does not have a greenspace and the community members feel this is something they are truly missing.
