Gainsborough Swimming Pool & Splash Pad

The swimming pool is the hub of the community in the summer months. If you ask any adult who grew up in Gainsborough or the surrounding communities, or family members who grew up visiting Gainsborough in the summer, they will tell you all of the memories they had at the swimming pool. A community run board supports the facility and hopes to create a space to make new memories. They have been fundraising for this project for three years now and are hoping this is the year they are able to bring this idea to fruition. The addition of this feature will be a huge addition to the community, drawing people in and supporting other businesses in town.

The community wants to add at the facility and upgrade the current recirculation system. This new feature will modernize the facility and open up inclusivity for members of the community needing more accessible recreation.
